I was born in Argentina and when I was 8 years old I immigrated to Israel with my family. I'm married with one children and I live in Kfar Saba.
I've started programming at the age of 12 on the Commodore 64 using basic. After a few months I've started to write programs on myself trying to make something interesting. After a few years I've also programmed in assembly writing games and utilities.
When I was 16 I started to use the PC culture, using DOS, basic, C and eventually working as a professional programmer when I was 17 years old.
At the age of 18 I started working in the Ben Gurion University as programmer and support of Macintosh programs.
I studied Bsc in Electronics and my end project was neural net software.
After the university I went to serve in the army, as communications offices and engineer.
Following my release from the army in 2000, I joined Partner Communications an Israeli Cellular provider to design and build the GPRS network. Unfortunately, they decided to deploy the infrastructure but not deploy the service because no handsets were ready. From there I went to be a system engineer for the IP Core. This was meant to be a triple play all over IP network with all the bells and whistles. The timing sucked, and the bubble just burst leaving the company without funds. The management luckily converted some of the technical staff to consultants, so I spent another two years as consultant to Bezeq, the Israeli PTT, in IP, networking and service solutions.
From being a consultant I became an initiator of a project in a small company called Mobile Access. The project was about in-building location, and it required me to refine the idea, find partners to fulfill it and to propose a budget for a pilot. The project was shelved due to lack of funding.
Now I'm working in Nice Systems as system engineer for one of the security products. The work involves the design and work with development teams on very complex projects, using various technologies and methods.
